The AMAR Seal of Approval ® qualifies and accredits real estate complexes that meet international standards of architecture and urban planning to meet the needs of the senior sector, especially those that comply with the standards of a CIAMAR - Integral AMAR Center.
Senior Friendly Destination
Endorses destinations designed to facilitate the free movement of older adults, where the main ingredient is to promote the concept of 'community', with a high degree of sustainability, where common spaces encourage outdoor activities, socialization, and interdependence with an intergenerational focus that ensures a dignified and appropriate aging process for each and every one of its inhabitants.
